Strawberry Smooriken Gourmet Marshmallow is our sweetest love letter to Shetland. Handmade in small batches using British sugar and natural flavourings, this beautifully fluffy marshmallow is generously topped with creamy strawberry chocolate curls for a delightfully indulgent finish. Named after the Shetland dialect word Smooriken, meaning "kiss", it's a light, fruity and utterly irresistible treat that melts in the mouth with every bite. Delicately crafted and bursting with real strawberry flavour, it's the perfect gourmet marshmallow for gifting, sharing, or enjoying as a little moment of luxury all to yourself. 💕🍓

Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Gelatine (Powdered beef gelatine Sulphites), Water, Icing Sugar, Corn Flour, Strawberry Curls (Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole Milk powder, Whey powder, Lactose, Emulsifier: E322 (sunflower lecithin), Natural vanilla flavouring Natural flavour Colouring: E120) Strawberry Oil (Monopropylene Glycol, Natural Flavourings).

First time tasting these. Bought Strawberry and Lemon Meringue Mallow and Tablet. Both mallow and Tablet were delicious. Soft squishy mallow, not too sweet. It wasn’t as strong a flavour for the strawberry one as I would have loved but still delicious. Have ordered more x

Really disappointed was expecting something special for the price and it left a terrible taste in my mouth, only tried the strawberry ones have the salted caramel ones yet to try but in no rush

Amazing, not too sweet, just right... reminded me of pink & white nougat but delightfully squishy.
